The process begins with a free 2hr consultation, this is pretty informal and will give us an idea of the current state of your business, goals and the potential value I can add. More importantly we can determine if we’re a good fit for each other.

Following that I run a strategy workshop of around 3-4hrs – this will throw out a lot of questions and ideas. The follow up work becomes bespoke to your requirements from this point but in general I’d usually be talking to staff, calling customers, analysing data etc.

Once the research phase has been completed findings and recommendations are delivered. I’ll create an action plan and give options for execution, if there are areas I can provide a service for we can discuss, if not I’ll give advice on the kind of resources you’d want to engage.
