Hi, I’m Nathan.

I work with small to medium technical businesses, mainly architecture, construction consultancy firms and startups – especially if they’re at a crossroads or feeling stuck.

My focus is commercial strategy but I look at the full picture: how the business actually works, where it leaks time and money and what’s getting in the way of growth.
